  • What are the shipping options?

We do our very best to fulfill every order within 5 working days and then ship via UPS ground.

  • Do you ship internationally?
     

Unfortunately, right now, we do not ship internationally but we are working on making that possible!​
 

  • When will I receive my order?


We start on your order the day we receive it. Some of the products, like the OTS Guardian and OTS Spectrum full face masks, ship directly from the manufacturer. That's great of course, but it does mean that we are not always in full control of shipping times. However, we always keep you posted on the status of your order!
 

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

It's never happened to us before, but if you ordered a product and haven't received it, get in touch with us immediately via info@divesaga.com and we will do some detective work. Everyone who makes a purchase in the SAGA store, WILL receive their product.

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
     

Well that shouldn't happen! But if it does, please get in touch with us immediately, ideally with pictures of the defect so we can start your waranty process immediately and get you in the water!

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
     

Sometimes it's possible to change an order after it has been placed. Simply send us an email to info@divesaga.com and if there's a way to modify your order, we will do so immediately!

We're known for being easy to get in touch with. The best and quickest way to do so is by sending an email to info@divesaga.com as you're guaranteed to receive a reply from us within 24 hours.
